1). Digital Spy

Digital Spy is a website that contains news and gossip on TV, Movies and Entertainment. This website pulls the audience in immediately with a headline (in this case, it is "Is Zoe Ball leaving Strictly spin-off?"). Below the headline, there is 6 links taking you off to news about TV, Movies and Soaps as well as links to forums and social media pages.

2). YouTube

YouTube is a website that streams videos. This website's home page gives personal recommendations of videos based on what you have previously watched. At the top of the website, there is a search bar in which the audience can search for videos of what they want.

What is the purpose of my website?

The purpose of my website will be to advertise the community centre that I work at. It will provide information about what facilities and activities the centre has to offer.

Colours

RGBA = Red Green Blue Alpha

I used the paint bucket tool in the tool selection. I changed the colour 

I used the 'Rectangular Marquee Tool' in the tool selection to get the rectangle shape and mixed together the colours of red and blue. I then used the name of my client and used effects such as drop shadow.

This website features multiple layers including a logo and a bold image with a news headline to capture the audience's attention. Then, as you scroll down, there is images you can click on to read different news articles. After clicking on the articles, you can click on the logo to return to the homepage. The purpose of the homepage of this website is to allow the audience to read different articles for different forms of media such as TV & Films.

2). YouTube

This website features multiple layers includes a logo and images which link you to a number of different videos and then you can click on the logo to return to the homepage. Also, at the side of the webpage, there is a series of categories such as music, films etc, that will take you to music videos or films. The purpose of the homepage of this website is to give recommendations of videos that the audience will like and for them to see what is trending.

3). WSM Community Centre

This website features multiple links and pictures, which link you to different pages about the venue including events, contact numbers and information about the venue. Also, at the centre of the page, there is a series of pictures that show what goes on rooms such as the function room, the restaurant and the conference room. The purpose of the homepage of this website is to inform the audience of the facilities provided by the venue.
